Your English calendar
The tradition of advent calendars was established to explain to children the matter of counting days until Christmas. Nowadays, such calendars have varied forms and are used not only by children.
The idea of exploring something new every day starts on 1st December and finishes on the 24th day of the month. The most popular advent calendars contain pieces of chocolate but you may encounter versions with tea bags, cosmetics or even dog treats!
What do you think you will find in our calendar?
Answer: you will find 24 short (and easy) challenges you may treat as your everyday practice. Add this blog entry to your bookmark list in your browser so you can easily navigate to the website each day.
Before completing a task, read the instructions carefully. Then, try to solve a proper day’s challenge and share your results with your English tutor.
If you’re unable to solve some puzzles, write down the issues to discuss them during your classes.
Good luck!
